Plans Overview
SonetHub is billed in EUR. Annual billing saves up to 23%. All prices exclude applicable taxes (VAT), which are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Visitors outside the Eurozone see approximate USD prices on the pricing page (Starter $17, Growth $33, Pro $67, Business $149 monthly, as of 2026-04-18). The actual charge is handled by Stripe Adaptive Pricing, which converts to your local currency at checkout using Stripe's current rate — the USD figures above are a snapshot and may differ from what Stripe charges today.

Choosing a Plan
- Free — Try SonetHub risk-free. The AI assistant has full capabilities (content generation, image creation, brand memory, web search), with 50 credits/month and up to 3 posts per day. Great for experiencing the product before committing.
- Starter — For solo creators and personal brands. Unlocks 30 posts/day, standard video and music generation, inbox replies, 2 GB storage, and 500 credits/month.
- Growth — For growing brands and small teams. Adds 2 workspaces, all video quality tiers, AI-assisted inbox replies, mention monitoring, 3 automation schedules, 90-day analytics, and basic Media Kit.
- Pro — For agencies and power users. 5 workspaces, 5 members, auto-reply inbox, 10 automation schedules, full analytics history, full Media Kit, WhatsApp access, daily digest, and report export.
- Business — For large teams and enterprises. 15 workspaces, 15 members, 30 accounts, unlimited automation, white-label Media Kit, API access, and the highest credit allocation.
Reverse Trial
New users automatically get a 14-day Pro trial — full Pro features with 2,500 credits/month. After 14 days, you switch to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan. Your data and accounts are safe — nothing is deleted on downgrade.
How Credits Work
SonetHub uses a unified credit system called SonetHub Credits. All AI operations consume from a single credit pool.
AI Actions
AI actions are priced by complexity, not by number of internal steps. Three tiers:
- Main (5 credits) — full agentic tasks: the chat agent has tools, memory, and can run multi-step reasoning.
- Fast (1 credit) — single-shot tasks that benefit from brand memories but don't need tools.
- Nano (free) — classification and summarization. Included on every plan at no extra cost.

Draft images are always free — use them to iterate quickly before committing credits.
Reference images. Upload a photo (yourself, a product, a brand asset) to guide a generation. Two modes:
- Subject mode (default) — same person/object in a new scene, pose, or setting. Cost matches the chosen quality tier (5 at High, 10 at Ultra). Requires High or Ultra quality. Recommended for personal-brand photos and content-series consistency.
- Style mode — copy the visual style or look of the reference, or edit the reference itself. Flat 10 credits, regardless of quality tier. Recommended for artistic style matching (paint look, photographic style) and image edits.
Veo (High and Premium) only renders 4s, 6s, and 8s clips natively. Asking for 5s on Veo produces a 6s clip; asking for 10s produces an 8s clip. The credit cost shown above reflects the rendered length.
Multi-shot videos. Briefs that naturally have multiple beats are split into a storyboard of 2-6 shots, each rendered separately and stitched together with visual continuity. The cost is the sum of per-shot costs (e.g. a 24s 4-shot reel at High is 4 × 70 = 280 credits, or 4 × 95 = 380 credits if any shots are 8s; with native audio those numbers double). You see the full storyboard breakdown and total cost before any credits move; click Generate to commit. Multi-shot requires Veo (high or premium) — the standard tier is single-shot only. If a shot fails mid-chain, the unspent shots are refunded automatically.
Credits reset on the 1st of each month.
Credit Packs
On any paid plan, you can purchase additional credits as one-time packs:

Platform API Limits
Some social platforms have per-operation API limits.
All limits below are shared at the organization level, not per workspace. Your subscription covers a single organization, so the monthly social-search allowance, the X API operation cap, the YouTube daily upload limit, the daily AI classification cap, and the daily publish cap (Free plan) are all drawn from one bucket across every workspace in the organization.

Upload counts reset at midnight UTC each day. The X API operations counter resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). The social-search counter resets on the 1st of each month (UTC).
How the X API counter works
X bills SonetHub per tweet returned for read endpoints (with deduplication inside a 24-hour UTC window) and per call for writes. SonetHub's internal X API operations counter mirrors that model: a write or a media upload consumes 1 op, while reads (comment polling, mentions timeline, content search) consume one op per tweet returned. A poll that comes back empty — common once a conversation goes quiet — costs zero ops.
To stretch the cap further, SonetHub also throttles mention-polling on quiet posts: a post that hasn't received new comments for several consecutive cron runs gets polled less often (every 3 hours after a day, every 12 hours after a week, daily after a month). New comments arriving via webhook or the next poll wake the post back up to hourly checks immediately.
Upgrading
- Go to Settings in the sidebar
- Click Manage Subscription or Upgrade
- Choose your plan and complete checkout via Stripe
Your new plan takes effect immediately. Credits reset to the new plan's allowance. You are charged the prorated price difference right away.
Downgrading
When you downgrade to a lower plan (or your trial expires), your new plan's limits are enforced immediately:
- Workspaces beyond the limit are deactivated (read-only — you can still view posts, analytics, and content, but can't publish or create new content)
- Social accounts beyond the limit are deactivated (oldest kept active)
- Automation schedules beyond the limit are paused
- Team members beyond the limit are removed from the organization
- WhatsApp is disabled if the new plan doesn't include it
- Auto-reply and daily digest preferences are turned off if the new plan doesn't include them
- Credits are reset to 0 (fresh start on the new plan)
Your data is preserved so you can pick up where you left off if you upgrade again. Deactivated workspaces and accounts are automatically reactivated and a catch-up sync runs to recover any missed messages.
If you no longer need your data, you can request full account deletion from Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including posts, analytics, brand memories, social account connections, and workspace content.
Purchased credit packs (bonus credits) are never affected by plan changes — they carry over regardless of your plan.
Managing Your Subscription
From Settings, you can:
- View your current plan and credit balance
- Upgrade or downgrade between plans
- Purchase credit packs
- Update your payment method
- Cancel your subscription (you retain access until the end of the billing period)
You can also ask the AI assistant to "check my usage" to see your current credit balance and plan details.
